How we work this out

What it does

How many applicants Oxford interviews, and how many succeed, for each course that uses the TARA.

The 7 Oxford courses that use the TARA for 2027 entry, each a 3-year average for 2023 to 2025 from its Oxford course page.

Method

  1. Interviewed and successful are Oxford's own percentages of applicants, printed on each course page. Intake is the average number starting each year.
  2. The whole-university rate is students admitted divided by applications, all domiciles, from Table 1.1 of Oxford's Annual Admissions Statistical Report.
  3. The figures are read from Oxford's pages by script and dated; nothing is estimated.
